Guest guest Posted June 2, 2009 Report Share Posted June 2, 2009 1- 4 oz can green chilis 1/2 cup low fat sour cream 1 15 oz can low sodium fat free black beans rinsed,drained 4 low carb tortillas 1 cup low sodium salsa 1/2 cup fat free shredded mont. jack cheese preheat oven to 350 degrees Blend Beans, sourcream, chilis in blender or food processor spoon 1/2 cup bean mixture in center of each tortillas. Roll up and place seam side down in baking dish. Spoon salsa over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
