1- 4 oz can green chilis

1/2 cup low fat sour cream

1 15 oz can low sodium fat free black beans rinsed,drained

4 low carb tortillas

1 cup low sodium salsa

1/2 cup fat free shredded mont. jack cheese

 

preheat oven to 350 degrees

 

Blend Beans, sourcream, chilis in blender or food processor

 

spoon 1/2 cup bean mixture in center of each tortillas. Roll up and place seam

side down in baking dish. Spoon salsa over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.

Cover and bake 20 mi.
