Guest guest Posted May 15, 2009 Report Share Posted May 15, 2009 Chived Potatoes 4 Red Skinned potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch thick half moon shapes, leaving the peel on 1 tsp. salt 1/2 t. garlic salt 1 T. Smart Balance Light Spread with Flax seed oil or butter 1 T. light sour cream 3 T. chopped garlic chives salt to taste Boil potatoes in water with the 1 tsp. salt, until tender. Drain, leaving about 1/4 c. water in the pot with the potatoes. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Slightly cut up the potatoes with the spoon, but not to much.
