Guest guest
This is so good, I sometimes have leftover Quorn roast and you might too. Donna Quorn Sandwiches with Garlic Olive Butter 4 tablespoons butter or matgarine, softened 1 clove garlic, chopped 1/4 cup black olives, pitted 8 slices of good sandwich bread 8 slices of Quorn roast , thinly sliced In a food processor, combine the butter, garlic and olives, and pulse until smooth. Spread the olive butter on each slice of bread, and distribute the Quorn among 4 of the bread slices. Top with the remaining slices of bread to make 4 sandwiches, and cut in half diagonally. Serves 4. We gotta stop smokin', stop, stop. I mean cigarette smoking. - Jimi Hendrix, Midnight Lightning
