Guest guest Posted January 5, 2009 Report Share Posted January 5, 2009 Garlic Flavored Couscous 1 tbsp. olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 1/4 cups water 1 cup couscous 1/2 tsp. salt In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat and saute garlic. Add water; bring to a boil. Stir in couscous and salt. Remove from heat and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir with a fork. Serve immediately.
