Question about acorn squash

I LOVE acorn squash! I cut it in half, scoop out the innards, put it cut

side up in a baking pan, add a tablespoon of margarine and some salt and

pepper, add about 3/4 of an inch of water, cover with foil and bake at 375 for

maybe 45 minutes. Very simple and very tasty...but I'm so hoping you get some

more suggestions!

Hi,

I'v only been doing this a few weeks. In that time, I've been trying

new things. Today I bought an acorn squash. I have no idea how to cook

it or season it.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?
