Guest guest Posted December 17, 2008 Report Share Posted December 17, 2008 STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES 12 cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled 1/2 cup basil, minced dash tabasco 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 ounces toasted pine nuts 1/2 teaspoon green peppercorns, drained Core tomatoes; set aside. In a bowl, combine tomato pulp with goat cheese, basil, tabasco, salt, pine nuts and green peppercorns. Stuff the cherry tomatoes and serve.
