Hi, I've just joined, my name is Alexa Pongracz, I love reflexology, herbs,

poetry, dark nights and starry skies. I am making the choice to become vegan and

will look through my books for some that I must have... I come from the

Kootenays in BC which is where a large population of doukhobor people live. I

have been familiar with the concept of vegetarianism for a long time. I am now

looking forward to living the rest of my life on my own terms which includes

this choice. I welcome getting to know each of you.
