Review: Rainbow Tomato Bruschetta

I tried this a couple of nights ago...really good! I used some fresh garlic

bread I found at Kroger with actual pieces of garlic baked in instead of

rubbing it with garlic to make things a little easier.

I've been making this for years and years and when people taste it you hear

the aaahhhhh's It's very attracvtive with the colors of the tomatoes.

Rainbow Tomato Bruschetta

1 sliced baguette

3 tbsps. chopped fresh chives, basil leaves, and

savory leaves or fresh herbs of choice

1 1/2 lbs. firm-ripe tomatoes of various colors (red,

yellow and orange)

2 minced garlic cloves

salt and pepper

3 tbsps. extra-virgin olive oil

Sliced olives
