Guest guest Posted November 9, 2008 Report Share Posted November 9, 2008 1 head green cabbage, chopped 1 cup carrots, chopped 1 cup mushrooms, sliced 1 cup bell peppers, chopped, any color 1 cup onions, chopped 1 cup zucchini, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 can diced tomatoes w/ jalapenos 1 envelope onion soup mix 1 can great northern beans, rinsed & drained (sub any bean you desire) cayenne pepper to taste 1 46-oz. bottle V-8 juice (reduced sodium) water to fill You can't go wrong with this recipe. You can add as much or as little of the veggies as you want. I just wrote " 1 cup " for everything because I didn't measure anything. I just threw all of this in a crockpot for 6 hours.
