Guest guest Posted November 8, 2008 Report Share Posted November 8, 2008 Hi Everyone! I'm new to the group and new to wanting to fixed veggie type meals. I am watching my fiber intake and find I do much better and feel much fuller on veggie type meals. Hubby is more skeptical then I so we're starting with one veggie dinner a week and going from there.
