Guest guest Posted November 7, 2008 Report Share Posted November 7, 2008 Snow Peas and Julienned Carrots with Yellow and Red Peppers 1 1/2 cups julienned carrots 1 1/2 cups julienned yellow and red pepper 1 cup snow peas Wash all vegetables thoroughly. In steamer, steam carrots until partially done. Add yellow and red peppers and steam for 7 minutes. Add snow peas and steam until done. Serve immediately.
