Guest guest Posted October 20, 2008 Report Share Posted October 20, 2008 Mexican Cornbread 1 package cornbread mix (not Jiffy - check ingredients to see if your mix contains lard), prepared 1/2 - 1 small can diced green chiles, drained 1 small (8-9 oz) can creamed corn 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Prepare according to package directions, add chiles, creamed corn, and cheese.
