Guest guest Posted October 20, 2008 Report Share Posted October 20, 2008 Taco Soup 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can corn, rinsed 1 can diced tomatoes with juice (or rotel tomatoes if you like it extra spicy!) 1 envelope of your favorite taco seasoning 1 package vegetarian burger crumbles (good, but not a necessary ingredient) 1 medium onion, diced Add water or vegetable stock to your preferred consistency, heat and serve.
