Guest guest Posted October 16, 2008 Report Share Posted October 16, 2008 Marinated Tomatoes 4 ripe tomatoes 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves 3 green onions chopped 3 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp sugar salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Slice tomatoes 1/2 inch thick. Arrange on a platter in a single layer according to color. Sprinkle evenly with basil leaves and green onions. In a small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
