I am such a city girl. I cut up some squash and baked it in the oven

with the intention of freezing it.

 

It was hard to get the squash out. It reall sticks to the rind. Is

there an easier way to do this?

 

Waiting to hear from you....lots of squash left to freeze.

this webpage tells you how to bake it and freeze it too! I usually add

water if it is in a pan of some kind, so it does not stick! THIS

WEBPAGE SAYS PIERCE THE SKIN A FEW TIMES AND BAKE IT WHOLE!
