Guest guest Posted September 27, 2008 Report Share Posted September 27, 2008 Oat Crackers 3 c. uncooked Oatmeal 2 c. unbleached Flour 1 c. Wheat Germ 3 T. Sugar 1 t. salt 3/4 c. oil 1 c. water Mix together well with electric hand mixer. Spray 2 large baking sheets. Roll out thin. Sprinkle with salt. I used a salt grinder. Score with knife into squares.
