Guest guest Posted September 19, 2008 Report Share Posted September 19, 2008 Rosemary Garlic New Potatoes INGREDIENTS 1 large branch of fresh rosemary 12 ounces new potatoes, scrubbed 1 Tbsp. minced garlic in oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a 10-inch microwave-safe baking dish, toss together the rosemary, potatoes, garlic and 1/2 teaspoon each salt & pepper. Cover and microwave on high power for 5 to 6 minutes. 2. Stir, cover again, and microwave on high power for 5 to 6 minutes longer, until the center-most potatoes are tender.
