" Have Leftover Soup?

 

Don't throw it out. Instead, pour the soup into ice cube trays, cover and

freeze. When frozen, pop out of the trays and store in a zipper-type

freezer-safe bag. When you want a cup of soup, just thaw a cube or two, and

heat. "

 

Have any of you ever tried this technique? I usually don't have leftover

soup, but it sounds interesting.
