New to the Group, Hello

Hello All,

Thanks Donna, PT and Judy for being Mods

 

My name is James,

over the past couple months, I have stopped eating red meat, and cut way back on

chicken.

And I am amazed at how well I feel physically.

 

I had stopped drinking milk (all dairy) a couple years ago, and felt an increase

in health back then too.

now, I am trying to learn more vegetarian recipes to continue on a healthy path.

 

I don't miss steak and ground beef so much anymore,

but I don't have too many vegetarian recipes to make it through the week making

a meal every night.

 

I just had Walnut Taco's the other night, and man were they good.

just followed my not used anymore ground beef taco recipe , and the taco's came

out great.

the walnuts didn't take as long as ground beef to brown (lol)

Warm welcome to the group, James.

I hope you will find many great vegetarian

recipes to help you along your path.

 

I will have to try some walnuts in tacos

sometime; what a unique idea. :)
