BEAN AND GARLIC DIP

(Yield: 2 cups)

 

 

1 15-ounce can pinto beans, mashed

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced

1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

 

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.

 

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

 

Serve with tortilla chips.

Thanks! And perfect timing too, I think this is what my husband has

been looking for now football season is here. Sounds easy enough for

him to do it himself.
