Guest guest Posted September 14, 2008 Report Share Posted September 14, 2008 BEAN AND GARLIC DIP (Yield: 2 cups) 1 15-ounce can pinto beans, mashed 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Sounds easy enough for him to do it himself.
