Black Bean Burgers or Loaf

Here is a black bean burger recipe that you can make as a loaf instead of

burgers.

Black Bean Burgers

 

 

 

4lb can black beans drained and rinsed

 

3/4 cup oats ground to flour

 

1/4 cup ground flax seeds

 

1 medium onion diced

 

4 cloves garlic baked or to taste

 

1 tsp ground cumin

 

2 tsp chile powder

 

red pepper flakes

 

Ener-g Egg replacer to equal 2 eggs

 

 

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

 

Mash black beans

 

Add oatmeal and flax seeds to beans and mix

 

Add onions, garlic, cumin powder, chile powder, red pepper flakes stir

 

to

 

combine

 

Add egg replacer mix

 

Lightly oil a cookie sheet.

 

Oil hands

 

Make patties

 

bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes turning at 15 minutes

 

I made 7 burgers out of this.
