This is wonderful hot or cold, on a salad, pasta, baked

potato, as a dip. You name it.

" Savory Sauce "

1/2 lb. firm or extra firm tofu (not silken)

3/4 cup vegetable broth or water

1/4 cup canola oil

2 Tablspoons soy sauce

2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes

2 Tablespoons fresh chopped basil or 1 tsp. dried basil

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic minced (or use 2-3 cloves)

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend.

That's it!!! Enjoy! Donna

Thank you for posting this. I have tried some of your recipes posted

in the other group so I know this will be good. I can't have milk,

it really upsets my digestive system.
