Guest guest Posted August 5, 2008 Report Share Posted August 5, 2008 Hummus Spread 1 19 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1/3 cup natural peanut butter or tahini 1/4 cup lemon juice 3 tbsps. water 1 tbsp. canola oil 3/4 tsp. ground cumin 1/4 tsp. salt 1 clove garlic, minced, if desired In food processor, blend together chickpeas, peanut butter, lemon juice, water, canola oil, cumin and salt until smooth.
