Guest guest
I know that beans and rice, or beans and corn make a complete amino acid (a complete protein). I am loving the vege burger recipes and such coming in. How about more green salade recipes? Wouldn't kidney beans or garbanzo's also add to the protein of a salade? Guest guest
Hi Sandy, Speaking of complete proteins you'll be surprised to read about spinach. Check this out: http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/2626/2 Or enter any other food You want to know about. Besides that I heard many times that this amino acid combination thing is not something you have to be so worried about if you have a minimum of variety in your meals. After all, there is no such thing as a complete food. We have to eat a bit of everything. Variety is the key.
