Guest guest Posted June 17, 2008 Report Share Posted June 17, 2008 Olive and Goat Cheese Crostini 1 French baguette, sliced diagonally into 20 pieces 5 1/2 ounces goat cheese 1 teaspoon oregano, chopped 1 6 ounce can olives, chopped or fresh in brine paprika to taste Spread baguette slices onto a large baking sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes until lightly toasted. Set aside. Combine goat cheese, olives and oregano in a small mixing bowl. Spread mixture on top of each crostini. Garnish with a light dusting of paprika just before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
