Guest guest Posted June 15, 2008 Report Share Posted June 15, 2008 Satisfying and yummy, but not heavy. 8 oz whole wheat rotini pasta 4 cloves garlic, minced 3 tbl spoon olive oil 1 bunch of broccoli (small bite sized florets) 2 zucchinis cut in rounds and then in half (half circles) 2 cups kale cut into strips 1/2 an onion (any kind) 1 cube vegan boullion (I use vegetable flavor) 1/4 cup vegan butter or margarine sea salt Boil the pasta in large pan of salted water. Add veggies when almost done. Saute garlic in oil until starting to turn brown. Add butter until just melted and set aside. Drain water from pasta. Disolve bullion in 1/2 cup water.
