Guest guest Posted June 12, 2008 Report Share Posted June 12, 2008 I recently read that the only vitamin lacking in a vegetarian diet is B12. How do you incorporate this vitamin in your diet? Through supplements? I have been addicted to ZipFizz, a powder you can add to water for a low-calorie, sugar-free energy drink. I was pleased to find that it has an abundance of B12.
