Guest guest
ALthough it is not a quick recipe I am hoping someone has a recipe for a true german pumpernickel which has mainly cracked/kibbled rye and a little flour and molasses. It is slow baked for quite a long time. i think my recipe was in the Tassajara Bread Book that was in one of the boxes removed by my removalists when I moved house!
