well, i must concede that was an experiment that failed. #1 because i doubled

the recipe, it ballooned to the size of my ass & stuck to the roof of the oven

 

i think i'll just keep it to one loaf recipe or make it as seitan. :-D

 

otherwise, it smelled good. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Do you know about the garlic days in Gilroy?

I havent gone to the festival but have early memories of smelling

garlic when going through there. They love their garlic...
