Guest guest
Wow, you do sound busy. Best of luck on your fencing. If you ever do start that club keep us posted. As to how the feral list came to be, a handful of us were regulars on a vegetarian list on but it was mostly a recipe list. We were rather chatty back and forth and sometimes the recipe-only posting members would get annoyed how we would wander off topic or talk about vegetarian issues without sharing a recipe. So i figured there was a need for a list that would welcome a mix of recipes, vegetarian support chats, off topic chats, and just a place to meet others and ask questions. Seems to be working and that others feel the same about wanting that mix of discussion with recipes because the list keeps growing. You asked a good question and i hope folks that this applies to will jump in and share. i didn't become a vegetarian for health reasons; my shift to this lifestyle was mostly due to me not liking the way meat tasted or the texture, and just feeling better over all when i didn't eat any. Just noticing how i felt better made me aware of the health benefits though. ~ pt ~ The earth and sky, the day and night Are melted in her depth of blue. ~ Dora Read Goodale, " Blue Violets " ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~~~~> , " Rebecca " <squinkabink@b...> wrote: > I will have to wait until next semester (after exams) to start > asking around, getting ideas, and pumping those faculty members! > Thanks for the interest. > Oh, I was wondering: how did this club come to be?
