Tomato & tofu dinner tonight (recipe) tofu fun....

I have plenty of zucchini in my place. I have to have Spring Creek

organic tofu, use to be Swan in the 80's. The others are too soft

and some aren't organic. i have to drive an hour to get it, while a

ten min. ride will get me Chinese market tofu, it is alright once a

month. I buy 10 pounds of Spring Creek tofu a month,-- In
