Guest guest
These are other people " types " . I am melancholic, but agressive. So I'm confused like always! Coco Choleric - aggressive and willing to take a firm stand or to take the initiative in leadership - The choleric temperament is sometimes aggressive and hot-tempered and can be hostile. Positive - determination, self-discipline, organizer Negative - bad temper, pride, bully Sanguine - geared for work with people, friendly, warm and sensitive to the needs of others, appreciates beauty and has vitality - ability to bounce back with a joke and a smile. Positive - confidant, lighthearted, geared for work with people Negative - can be too trivial, surface-type person; too easygoing; too easily hurt by rejection, too concerned for externals. Melancholic - reflective and introspective - listener. Can be moody, brooding. Often the artist. Likes alone time. Positive - ability to concentrate, to feel deeply, to stay at something a long time Negative - moodiness and depression, excessive shyness, can hold grudges for a long time. Phlegmatic - remains calm and unflustered in excitement (whether in happiness or difficulty). Tends to be sluggish, apathetic. Needs prodding to get going. Positive - loyalty, ability to stay at boring tasks, gentleness and warmth. Negative - laziness, could become like a vegetable. Jawsh Wright [degenr869] Tuesday, August 17, 2004 3:37 PM Re: (OT)The Body Build Types Ok, steretypically here are the body types, The Endomorph is a round body shape which is generally stocky, shorter limbs, big midsection and weight around the stomach area. They find it hard to lose fat once it's there. The Ectomorph is the exact opposite, small, built such as a stick, generally tall and skinny (think computer dork). And the Mesomorph is the muscular " ideal western " build (think dumb jock). That's the basic explanation of each, I can give some websites to go over it in detail if you like. So, to pose an interesting question, > what type are you, and any tips you have for people of the same > category. Personally, I'm an endo-mesomorph (Namely, I'm built like a > tank lol). it means basically I have a strong muscular build, but, I > have a heavy bone structure and a bit of a tummy on me (oh well).
