ice cream maker; was: chocolate gelato [recipe]

Heh, yeah the sorbets are so refreshing in this summer heat too. I'm

not giving up on gelato though. I'd love to be able to make the floral

gelatos I've had. Rose is my favorite. I have the Cuisinart. I also

have an 11 year old Cuisinart food processor that shows no signs of

giving up, so I'm already happy with their quality. Smoothies and now

sorbets are my best chance at getting fruit into my body. I'm just very

lazy about eating fruit even though I really like it.

P.S. To continue the Mac post scripts, I'm on my 3rd and have also

never owned a Windows machine.
