Guest guest
I came up with this little recipe when i was in the mood for instant mac & cheese, vegan of course. 1/2 c. nutritional yeast flakes 1-1/2 c. soy milk (i use fat free SM for a low-fat mac & cheese sauce) 1/3 c. flour 1 t. salt pepper, garlic powder and/or onion powder to taste Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Cook over LOW heat (so the soy milk doesn't scorch or curdle) until sauce thickens. Makes enough sauce for about 2 cups dry macaroni or other small/medium pasta of choice, cooked & drained. Feel free to experiment with other seasonings for the sauce.
