Guest guest
Last weekend when we went out to dinner, one of my friends ordered a dish that was similar to this, but their dish contained crabmeat. i thought it would taste better, and be more animal friendly, to leave the crab alive & alone and off the plate. This is what i came up with... Bow Tie Pasta Alfredo With Artichokes Bow Tie pasta (8 oz.) 1 Tbs. olive oil 1 Tbs. butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 can (15 oz.) water-packed artichoke hearts, drained 1 alfredo sauce package [Knorr] , prepared according to package directions Cook the bow tie pasta according to package directions and drain; set aside. In a large wok pan saute the garlic in the olive oil and butter for one minute, then add the drained artichoke hearts; stir to combine and heat through. Toss in the pasta and pour the prepared alfredo sauce over all and stir to combine. Gently warm through before serving. Yield: 4 servings ~ pt ~ There was an Old Woman lived under the hill And if she's not gone, she lives there still. ~ traditional British rhyme
