Guest guest
I have FMS also, as well as CFIDS. Ironically, I used to make bread from scratch too. I got sick right after I got really into bread making. Ironic, I suppose. Since I don't eat much bread anymore, I want to get a mixer with a kneading hook, so I can knead my seitan that way. The longer you knead, the better the texture. One thing that is helpful to me, is to make big batches of food and then freeze half. I will make a big pot of soup on a day when I have a bit more energy, and I will freeze half of it. Some day in the future, I might not be very strong, and then I can thaw that soup and have a yummy meal. I hope this is helpful to you. New and Improved Mail - Send 10MB messages!
