Seeds of Change is the company that makes the prepackaged quinoa blends that I use. I haven’t checked the nutrition information, so I’m not sure about the amount of sodium in them, but you might find more information at HYPERLINK " http://www.seedsofchange.com/ " www.seedsofchange.com If the sodium in these is too high for you, the internet has a wealth of recipes that you can make yourself, just google quinoa + recipe and you’ll get pages and pages of ideas. You should be able to pick up quinoa at any health food store, natural grocery, or large supermarket. Seeds of Change makes some really good products, imnsho, and I believe they’re all certified organic – pasta sauces, salad dressings, grain blends, frozen dinners, and I’m not sure what else. They also sell seeds and have a bunch articles and information about gardening, etc that some of some of you might find useful.
