I'm sorry to hear about your condition. I agree, Boca Burgers are guilt-free

yummy alternatives. They never make me sick like hamburgers used to.

I am planning a dinner party for 20 or so of my closest friends and me on my

birthday. I am cooking all vegetarian, all by myself. My mom keeps

complaining about the time and mess, but I keep saying clearly, " I will be

cooking it, " " I, as in me, will be cooking and cleaning, " " You will not have

anything to worry about. I enjoy this, please let me worry about it. It's a

present from me to you on my birthday. "

 

 

Now for the off topic section:

I am a compulsive over exerciser. Franz Ferdinand is the best. Their most

popular song Take me Out, as soon as I start bopping around to it I can't

stop it's like a chain of adrenaline. I hope to be a director one day and

the cinematography and graphics really are a trip.

Thank you both for your help.

 

It's much appreciated.

 

 

 

There is so much to learn about all of these things and what one can make

with them etc.....

 

 

 

It tends to get kind of overwhelming for me at times.

 

As for making my own Seitan, the reason why I bought the mix, is, I am not

able to cook from scratch all the time.

 

I have an autoimmune disease, where, it affects the physical side of me

and some days are worse than others.

 

THe reason why I asked about the products out there, like Yves Cuisine and

Boca burgers etc..... is, because, I love the taste and texture of them all.

 

 

 

But, unfortunately, I am not able to have them all the time, because, they

are way too high in salt for me.

 

I am salt sensitive, I am having to watch my salt intake also.

 

I have been trying to make similar things that are out on the market ,

but, with wayyyyyyyyyy less sodium in it all.
