Yes, and these are all in the files here.

For a bean salad:

1. Black Bean Fiesta Salad ~ vegan if you skip the cheese

 

For several marinated pasta salad ideas check these titles:

Here is a marinated rice salad too:

1. Summer Rice Salad

 

Lots of times i will just wing it and toss whatever

veggies i have on hand with some Italian-style dressing

and fresh herbs with some cooked pasta.

If i have veggie pepperoni i will add that.

It is so easy for folks to pick it out if they don't like it,

but nice to be included for the curious to try.
