my child is vegetarian...was atkins

i was raised vegetarian and now i'm raising my son

(he's 4 1/2 years old) on a vegetarian diet. so, no,

i don't think it's cruel. his previous pediatricians

were appalled that i didn't feed him meat. they

encouraged me to feed him at least chicken and always

wanted to check his iron levels (they were always

fine). so annoying. i have neglected to tell his

current doctor anything about his vegetarian diet....i

don't want the torment.

My doctor has no idea either. He also has no sense of humor. One day I will

make him laugh! Then my friend will owe me money.
