Guest guest Posted July 22, 2004 Report Share Posted July 22, 2004 I'm in the same boat and when I came across the article I realized it was phrased as if it might be propaganda, but by the same token it was well-researched and had a lot of citations to check. That's why I bothered posting it. I think PT's take is best: Moderation in all things. If you've eaten it and found good health then I don't see the problem with continuing to eat it. By the same token staying aware of further research, looking into the sources for that article, and otherwise being aware is never a bad thing, either.
