Guest guest
Make noodles. Two pounds, two boxes. Under cook them, (just as they start to get al dente, stop them) In a large flat heated pan sauté a diced onion in EVOO. Add in four (1 pkg) Tofurkey Kielbasas, diced. Add in two large cans of diced tomatoes. We used one that had basil in it. Add in noodles to sauce, stir and let them finish cooking. They'll absorb some sauce flavor. Serve on plate with a sprinkle of parmesan if you'd like. Without the parmesan this is Vegan. It is DELICIOUS. Bright, flavorful, cheap, quick, and filling. An agonic line is a line of zero magnetic variation, where true and magnetic north are the same. Reality and misleading forces cancel each other out along such a line. It is therefore a line of thought where inner truth and outside influences balance out. As Ancient Greek philosophers knew, experience and suffering are how we learn. It's all about the struggle toward something like objectivity. They were known as the Agonic Philosophers. Next time you're in Agony, learn from it, it's your best chance of getting an undistorted lesson.
