Guest guest
Spaghetti with Feta 4 oz. spaghetti 2 garlic cloves 2 Tbs. olive oil 8 cherry tomatoes, halved A little freshly grated nutmeg Salt and freshly ground pepper 3 oz. feta cheese, crumbled 1 Tbs. chopped fresh basil A few small black olives [optional] Cook the spaghetti according to package directions and drain. In the same pan, gently heat the garlic cloves in the oil for a minute or two, then add the cherry tomatoes. Increase the heat to fry the tomatoes lightly for a minute, then remove the garlic and discard. Toss in the spaghetti, season with the nutmeg and seasoning to taste, then stir in the crumbled feta and basil. Check the seasoning, keeping in mind feta is quite salty, and serve hot, topped with olives if you want. Yield: 2 to 3 servings ~ pt ~ How can we make love?
