Just curious -- how did the iron supplements make you feel? Nauseated and constipated. My stomach was always in knots when I was taking iron supplements, and I tried a variety of different ones, different strengths, etc. I’ve found that if I make an effort to include enough iron-rich foods in my diet, I feel much better than if I take supplements. My body tells me pretty quickly when I’m slacking off – my energy levels dip and I walk around drowsy all the time. -- Sherri Arrogance: The best leaders inspire by example.
