Hi Sherri,

 

Thanks for all of the ideas. Just curious -- how did the iron supplements make

you feel?

Nauseated and constipated. My stomach was always in knots when I was

taking iron supplements, and I tried a variety of different ones,

different strengths, etc. I’ve found that if I make an effort to

include enough iron-rich foods in my diet, I feel much better than if I

take supplements. My body tells me pretty quickly when I’m slacking off

– my energy levels dip and I walk around drowsy all the time.
