Ideas??? > -Carmen > hi, carmen, and welcome to the group! there are so many veggie options that kids would take to, but it all depends, of course, on the kid. one suggestion is to let your kids (if they're old enough) help with the cooking-- they will generally be MUCH more interested in eating something they helped prepare! there are great veggie versions of kiddie classics like soydogs, various kinds of burgers, chick'n nuggets, macaroni & " cheese " (or, if you're lacto-ovo, the cheese won't be a problem), etc. i HIGHLY recommend getting the book, " how it all vegan " -- lots of kid-friendly ideas in there. hope this helps! melody http://www.flawlessfitness.com http://www.melodysmusic.net Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
