Guest guest
Hi Blue Elf! Thanks so much for that brand tip ;=) I'll look for some today. Shouldn't be too much difficulty finding it cuz we're just a block off Mont-Royal Av. with its great shopping - great *if* you know what to look for, and now, thanks to you, I do!!! As for your query about melted marg, I dunno. someone else might have a reasonable rationale. But sometimes just sometimes it's handy to have around for sandwiches instead of hummus or other vegspread. Habit, I guess, dies hard. Nut butters make a good substitute I must admit - and healthier! And sometimes, of course, one eats a little just a little of something that isn't terribly healthy but we like once in a while anyway *lol* Somehow I don't think that's what you meant, though ;=) And yes, it's *lovely* to meet a fellow Montrealer ;=) Best, Pat ;=) in Montreal >Hi there. Nice to meet a fellow Montrealer >The brand that doesn't have whey is Nuvel Margarine. I can get >it at >the IGA, or any other grocery store. I'm sure you'll find it. >I did have a question about margarine to anyone who knows, if >>it's not >good for you if melted, then why bother using it? It's going to be >melted on toast, in baking, and pretty much anything else it >would be used for. ===== psybermus LISTS: townhounds/ / vegetarianslimming/ HOMEPAGE: http://www.angelfire.com/art/pendragon/ ---- Take Mail with you!
