oops, just realized i'd already said hi to you. :)

 

anyway, i wouldn't trust what the nurse said. first, you are most likely

not burning muscle unless 1) you burn off many more calories than you take in,

2) you do a lot of long-distance endurance cardiovascular activity, or 3) you

have an imbalanced diet. from what you've said, you're getting plenty of

protein (it's not very hard to come by). so thumb your nose at that nurse, and

pity her for being yet another example of how sadly undereducated health

professionals can be as far as nutrition is concerned.
