I think I missed the original post. But from what I see here, Blue Elf was

under the impression that margarine is only unhealthy when melted? Trans fats

are unhealthy whether melted or solid.

 

There are some new trans-free margarines coming onto the market- Europe has

several and a few are making their way into the US. They will probably be

available in Canada first.
