Help, Blue Elf. I've just moved to Montreal (beginning

of April) and am still looking for a marg that

doesn't!!! In Ontario I used to be able to get Earth

Balance - only found that after I had been there

around four years and therefore only shortly before I

left :=( I haven't seen Earth Balance here, but would

settle for just about anything without cow in it.

Any advice much appreciated ;=)

Best,

Pat ;=)

Hi there. Nice to meet a fellow Montrealer :)

The brand that doesn't have whey is Nuvel Margarine. I can get it at

the IGA, or any other grocery store. I'm sure you'll find it.

I did have a question about margarine to anyone who knows, if it's not

good for you if melted, then why bother using it? It's going to be

melted on toast, in baking, and pretty much anything else it would be

used for.

I hope this helps.

hugs
